December 22, 1966 ~ April 14, 2018

Bryan Thomas Reid, age 51, of Uintah, passed away April 14, 2018. He was born in Salt Lake City, December 22, 1966.

As a young boy, Bryan, along with his parents, grandparents, and siblings, enjoyed many outdoor camping and fishing trips. Bryan was always adventurous and spent time living in both California and Utah. He enjoyed the life of trucking with his family at Pride, and most recently with Maverick, Adventure's First Stop. He was recognized as being one that was always safe during his hauls.

Bryan was most happy riding his motorcycle and being able to watch the sunrise. He enjoyed long rides with his friends, and all of the people he met along the way. Bryan was always willing to help a person out with anything he could.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Tom and Lynne; his brothers, Danny and Mark; and his sister, Shannon. He is survived by his sister, Charlene (Todd) Grasteit; his brothers, Aaron (Shannon) Reid, and Curtis (LeeAnn) Reid; along with many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and many, many dear friends.

We would like to thank his recovery family for their support during his achievement of the past 18 years of clean and sober living.

At Bryan's request, he will be cremated, and his ashes will be freed at a later time. A Celebration of His Life will be held at the Alano Club, 684 24th Street, on Monday, April 23, 2018, at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The Alano Club, 684 24th Street, Ogden, Utah, 84401. A donation box will also be available during the Celebration of Life.

To anyone who is struggling with depression, please pick up the phone and dial the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

^Death does not end a relationship; it simply forges a new type of relationship. One based not on physical presence, but on memory, spirit, and love. Ride free Bryan, we love you!
